Overview

For the Cambodia market, Sunseap (Asset) Cambodia Co. Ltd is a joint venture between Schnei Tech Co. Ltd and EDPR APAC which provides the following services: Solar Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services.

With an aim to improve supply reliability of the local energy grid, Sunseap (Asset) Cambodia Co. Ltd built and operates Cambodia's first large-scale solar power project which is situated near Bavet, a special economic zone in the Svay Rieng province.

The solar farm, which is Cambodia's first competitively bidded renewable energy independent power producer (IPP) project, is able to meet roughly a quarter of Bavet City's local energy demand, improve power supply reliability and help in sharing new skillsets with the local community.
