Overview

For the China market, Sunseap China Energy (Shanghai) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of EDPR APAC which provides the following services: Solar Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services.

Sunseap China Energy (Shanghai) Ltd also signed an agreement with Guohe Capital and Starkle Energy to set up an energy investment fund called the Guohe Starkle Energy Fund.

Guohe Capital will facilitate fundraising while Starkle Energy and Sunseap China Energy (Shanghai) Ltd will advise on the projects to be invested, as well as be involved in managing, operating and maintaining photovoltaic systems.
